Please note that your place at the conference will not be confirmed until your payment is received in full.
Email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment. Further details and directional maps will be available on the website 2 weeks before the Conference.
The registration fee will be refunded with a 25% deduction, provided that written notice is received before Friday 13 February 2015.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, although name substitutions will be accepted at any time. All refund payments will be made after the Conference has taken place.
